The committee will create a plan for the structure of the event, as well as how to best solicit feedback from the community.

Review options for completing a revision of the District website.

The Committee will develop a Parent Survey to be distributed in Dec./Jan. so that the results may be included in the District Annual Report (March 2017).

An overview of the District Communication Plan will be shared.

Description:
Discussion of the District's outreach efforts and who could be engaged to do this internally.
