Motion to excuse board member John Peden Passed with a motion by Judy Eggleston and a second by Ann Burkholder.

Motion to approve the transfer of $200,000 from General to Depreciation Passed with a motion by Ann Burkholder and a second by Joel Carlson.

Motion to approve the financial report as presented, including monthly expenditures, which reflects the current financial standing of the District. Passed with a motion by Ann Burkholder and a second by Judy Eggleston.

After review of the budgets and having given at least five days notice of a special hearing with the purposes of hearing support, opposition, criticism, suggestions or observations of taxpayers, I make the motion to approve the amended changes with the Bond and Special Building fund budget for the 2021-2022 school year, as advertised and that James Ford be authorized to amend the budgets Passed with a motion by Ann Burkholder and a second by Judy Eggleston.

Motion to approve Jeremy Yilk to attend the 2022 National Athletic Directors Conference with the flight out of Omaha instead of Denver Passed with a motion by Ann Burkholder and a second by Kiley Goff.

Motion to approve Interim Superintendent James Ford's contract Passed with a motion by Kiley Goff and a second by Judy Eggleston.

Motion to approve the hiring of Teresa Schneider as the Interim SpEd Director Passed with a motion by Ann Burkholder and a second by Judy Eggleston.

Motion to approve the 2022-2023 physical therapy and occupational therapy contract with Cozad Community Physical Therapy Passed with a motion by Kiley Goff and a second by Judy Eggleston.
