Motion to excuse board member Michele and Kiley Passed with a motion by Judy Eggleston and a second by John Peden.

Motion to close the Parental Involvement Policy Public Hearing at 12:03Pm Passed with a motion by Ann Burkholder and a second by Judy Eggleston.

Motion to close the Student Fee Policy Public Hearing at 1206 Passed with a motion by Ann Burkholder and a second by John Peden.

Motion to approve the consent agenda, as presented Passed with a motion by Ann Burkholder and a second by Judy Eggleston.

Motion to approve the financial report as presented, including monthly expenditures, which reflects the current financial standing of the District. Passed with a motion by Ann Burkholder and a second by John Peden.

Motion to approve to extend be it resolved that the superintendent, in consultations with the Board President and/or Vice-President, is authorized to pay all claims and take any other action authorized by law during the COVID-19 pandemic and any resulting school closure, which the board will review and approve once the board resumes regular operations. Passed with a motion by John Peden and a second by Judy Eggleston.

After review of the budgets and having given at least five days notice of a special hearing with the purposes of hearing support, opposition, criticism, suggestions or observations of taxpayers, I make the motion to approve the amended changes with the School Nutrition Budget for the 2019-2020 school year, as advertised and that Ron Wymore be authorized to amend the budgets Passed with a motion by John Peden and a second by Judy Eggleston.

Motion to ratify, affirm and approve all actions, votes, motions, decisions, notices, minutes and all other matters addresses, approved or otherwise acted upon by this Board of Education at all meetings that occurred during the months of March, April, May, June as if set forth fully and incorporated herein entirely by this reference Passed with a motion by Judy Eggleston and a second by John Peden.

Motion to approve the handbooks for the 2020-2021 school year, as presented Tabled with a motion by John Peden and a second by Ann Burkholder.

Motion to approve the annual renewal of NRCSA Membership for $850 Passed with a motion by John Peden and a second by Judy Eggleston.

Motion to accept the NRCSA Re-Opening Plan as a framework for Cozad Community Schools Passed with a motion by John Peden and a second by Ann Burkholder.

Motion to approve board polices 4040, 5004, 5018 and 5045 with the proper changes to 5004 as discussed Passed with a motion by John Peden and a second by Ann Burkholder.
