Grant application in the amount of $500.00 by Colts Academy to the United Way of Central Minnesota to increase one or more of United Way's five key goals, specifically Early Learning-Early Literacy. |
VI.I. HVAC Controls Project Change Order Totaling +$21,669.00
Description:
The Administration recommends approval of the following change order for the above named project.
- Change Order #1 with KUE Contractors, Inc. in the amount of +$21,669.00 to revise transformer, transformer windings from copper to aluminum, window spandrel panel, storm water piping, gas meter relocation, energy wheel disconnects, conduit for meter monitoring, select existing windows to remain, alternate pumps and demo sheetrock ceiling in gym. This project is being funded with long term facilities maintenance funds. This change order is within the approved budget for this project. |
VI.J. NJPA Contract Rescind - Attenuating Surfaces for Playground at Kennedy Community School
Description:
The Administration recommends that the Board of Education rescind the award for Attenuating Surfaces for Playground at Kennedy Community School that was awarded to VSI Construction, Inc., in the amount of $182,000.00 at the April 28, 2016 Board of Education meeting. The vendor was listed incorrectly with an estimated budget amount.
