Ms. Albright’s salary for this assignment will be $12,825.41. I.C. Clearview Elementary School Addition/Remodel Change Orders Totaling +$23,138.49
The Administration recommends approval of the following change orders for the above named project. - Change Order #3 with Mid State Tile Company, Inc. in the amount of +$285.00 to repair wall tile where water lines were relocated in bathrooms. - Change Order #57 with Winkelman Building Corporation in the amount of +$22,853.49 for additional fee for added scope. This project is funded with capital lease levy funds. These change orders are within the approved budget for this project. |
I.D. North Junior High School Addition/Remodel Change Orders Totaling +$57,480.12
The Administration recommends approval of the following change orders for the above named project. - Change Order #8 with Sell Hardware Inc. in the amount of +$1,710.00 to provide corbin russwin electronic access control - Change Order #7 with RTL Construction Inc. in the amount of +$2,684.22 to laminate, full out wall, and add wall around ductwork in storage room. - Change Order #12 with Design Electric Inc. in the amount of +$429.48 provide weatherproof cover to protect door plugged in at water cooler in corridor A252. - Change Order #14 with Yamry Construction Inc. in the amount of +$400.00 to remove existing door locks from doors A176 and A258. - Change Order #2 with High Performance Coatings Inc. in the amount of +$352.70 to paint additional west wall and around ducts in storage room 279. - Change Order #3 with High Performance Coatings Inc. in the amount of +$220.00 to paint door frame due to change of door frame; repaint areas in rooms 190 and A270 due to plumbing repair; repaint south wall in room A181 due to core drilling by the District for data purposes; and a deduction to forego painting of exterior window lintels of new addition. - Change Order #22 with Masters Plumbing Heating & Cooling in the amount of -$520.00 to repaint areas in rooms 190 and A270 due to plumbing repair. - Change Order #81 with Winkelman Building Corporation in the amount of +$52,203.72 for additional fee for added scope. Description:
Tracy Flynn Bowe, Executive Director of Human Resources, will present and review a proposed Board Policy relating to Workplace Violence and Injury Prevention. Copies of the proposed Board Policy and accompanying Administrative Procedures are attached and are on the agenda for a first reading.
