I.E. Cuningham Contract for Architectural Services for Apollo Renovation
The District is making an addition to the existing contract with Cuningham Architects for the services of the Apollo Renovation which was not included in the original contract. The Administration recommends approval of an additional $32,000 to the architectural services contract with Cuningham Architects. This amount will be credited to their total architectural services fee once the referendum passes. |
I.F. Bid Award - Re-Bid Contract 17 - Gypsum Board Assemblies - North Junior High School Addition and Remodel
The Administration recommends that the Board of Education award the bid for Re-Bid Contract 17 - Gypsum Board Assemblies - North Junior High School Addition and Remodel to RTL Construction in the amount of $224,860 based on low bid received meeting specifications. A bid tabulation is attached. This project will be funded with Capital Lease Levy Funds.

The contract was originally rejected in Bid Package #3 due to non-responsive, incorrect bid form that materially varied from the bidding requirements. A tabulation is attached. II.A. Addition/Renovation to Existing Building at Roosevelt Site (ACTION)
Kevin Januszewski, Executive Director of Business Services, will review plans for an addition and renovation to the existing building at the Roosevelt site. The Finance & Audit Committee has reviewed this and suggests beginning the process. Attached is a copy of the proposed plans. The Administration recommends approval of beginning the process for the addition and renovation to the existing building at the Roosevelt site.
