Leave of Absence Myra Schrup, Nurse, Kennedy Community and Cathedral Schools, effective for the 2014-2015 school year, 10% leave of absence from 60% to 50% contract. New Hire Ross Resley, Music Teacher, Lincoln Elementary School, effective February 10, 2014, Lane BA, Pay Level 2 (full time contract for 83 days). Mr. Resley’s salary for this assignment will be $15,040.366. Megan Urbatch, Math Teacher (Long Call Substitute), South Junior High School, effective March 20, 2014 through May 15, 2014, Lane BA, Pay Level 2 ( full time contract for 56 days). Ms. Urbatch’s salary for this assignment will be $10,147.91. Reduction in Contract Stacie Schraut, Special Education Teacher, South Junior High School, effective with the 2014-2015 school year, reduction of contract from 100% to 80%. Rehire Laura Bunkowski, Art Teacher (Long Call Subsitute), North Junior High School, effective March 18, 2014 through June 6, 2014, Lane BA, Pay Level 2 (full time contract for 60 days). Ms. Bunkowski’s salary for this assignment will be $10,872.77. I.C. Tech High School Asbestos Abatement Project Review and Comment
The Administration recommends approval of the Tech High School Asbestos Abatement Project Review and Comment, which will be submitted to the Minnesota Department of Education for approval. This project has already been approved by the Board of Education, however, the Board also needs to approve the Review and Comment document. A copy of the Review and Comment is attached.

I.D. Hiring Architect for Preliminary Work on Building Additions
The Administration recommends approval of hiring iiw minnesota at a cost of $20,100.00 to provide architectural services for the preliminary work on the above named project, which includes building additions at Clearview Elementary School, North Junior High School, and Kennedy Community School as well as a kitchen renovation at Apollo High School. |
