I.C. NJPA Contract - Attenuating Surfaces for Playgrounds at Oak Hill Community School and Lincoln Elementary School
The Administration recommends that the Board of Education enter into a contract under the NJPA Contract with Sorenson Gross Construction Services for Attenuating Surfaces for Playgrounds at Oak Hill Community School and Lincoln Elementary School in the amount of $339,940.00. This project will be funded with Health and Safety funds. |
I.D. Bid Award - Garbage/Refuse Service
The Administration recommends that the Board of Education award the bid for Garbage/Refuse Service to Republic Services (Allied Waste) in the approximate amount of $78,696.07, based upon low bid received meeting specifications. A bid tabulation is attached.

I.E. Bid Award - Westwood Elementary School Chiller Replacement
The Administration recommends that the Board of Education award the bid for Westwood Elementary School Chiller Replacement to El-Jay Plumbing & Heating, Inc., in the amount of $221,650.00, based upon low bid received meeting specifications. A bid tabulation is attached. This project is being funded with Deferred Maintenance funds.
