I.G. Approval of Youthbuild Program Agreement with Stearns-Benton Employment & Training Council
Description:
The Administration recommends approval of an agreement with Stearns-Benton Employment & Training Council (SBETC) for the delivery of Youthbuild Program Services with a funding total of $50,000 for the 2010-2011 school year. The SBETC has been providing funding to the District for the delivery of Youthbuild Program Services through the District's Area Learning Center for the past several years. A copy of the narrative of planned activities and services, as well as the budget, are attached.

II.A. Proposed 2010-11 Budget

II.B. Purchase of Property in Southeast St. Cloud
Description:
The Administration recommends approval of the purchase of approximately 70 acres in the southeast St. Cloud area for a possible future school site. A purchase agreement was entered into after direction from previous Facility Task Force Groups and after approval of the School Board Audit and Finance Committee. As per our purchase agreement dated May 4, 2010 with Edina Development, Inc., the purchase price is $5,800 per acre for a total price of $406,000.
