5.2. Deadline for anyone who would like to be a Delegate and/or Alternate to the 2023 Texas Association of School Boards (TASB) Delegate Assembly is September 30th---- If anyone is interested, let Brittani know soon.

8.1. Approve: Property & Workman's Compensation Insurance for the 2023-2024 school year

8.2. Approval of the PISD Student Handbook Changes and Student Code Conduct for the 2023-2024 school year.

8.3. Approval of the following Donations to the District: 

• City National Bank-Joe Harwell $875 for New Staff Orientation Luncheon
• Koe Wetzel-$5,000 for the athletics program & $10,000 for students' needs district wide
• Dia Hardeman-$1,000 to 4th Grade 

8.4. Approve: Region 8 Services Contract for the 2023-2024 school year
 

8.5. Approve for Superintendent to have hiring authority for the 2023-2024 school year.
 

8.6. Approval: Quote with KLC Video Security for Safety & Security purposes, as these items are required by law.

8.7. Approve the Annual Renewal of Membership in Walsh Gallegos' Retainer Program for the 2023-2024 school year.
