4. RF4C (4 year old Kindergarten) Analysis and Update
Description:
The District analyzed and compared 4YK provider payments of neighboring districts and found we are approximately $150 lower than our comparables. 4YK public and private staff salaries were also compared with the finding that private 4YK teachers are paid significantly lower than the public school 4YK teachers.
Two goals were targeted for the following 2 years: 1) Provider payment parity. 21-22 increase=$75, 22-23 increase=$75 2) Design 4YK provider increases to direct a specified portion to fund 4YK teacher compensation 2021-22 Increase is recommended to be as follows: Component #1: $35 to the provider (CPI increase) Component #2 (Optional): $40 paid if provider directs these $'s to teacher compensation increase Recommended Action: None, Informational only.

5. Review 8-Year Facilities Plan
Description:
Annually, the updated 8-Year Facilities Capital Plan is presented for discussion to the Finance and Facilities Committee. Administration will discuss/share the projects targeted for completion in summer 2021.

6. Approve 2021-22 Summer Capital Projects
Description:
Administration is recommending that High School Roof Replacements be approved for installation in spring/summer 2021. High School Roof Replacements have been on the district 8-year capital plan as a high priority in recent years. Specifically, the recommendation is to replace roof segments colored in 'Green' and 'Blue' on the attached document.
Recommended Action: Approve 2021-22 Summer Capital Projects.
