Description:
Administration will discuss existing COVID-statistics in our region and local school district criteria and if there is a perceived need to shift into an alternative learning environment and/or revise our Wildcat Roadmap. (Presentation link)
Recommended Action: Determine if we need to pivot/shift the "Learning Environment" and related programs to include but not limited to athletics, spectators, co-curriculars, and music. |

Description:

Item 1: November 16, 2020, Regular Board of Education meeting minutes Item 2: November 23, 2020, Special Board of Education meeting minutes Item 3: November 30, 2020, Special Board of Education meeting minutes Item 4: December 7, 2020, Special Board of Education meeting minutes Item 5: December 14, 2020, Special Board of Education meeting minutes Item 6: Bills submitted for payment Item 7: Pursuant to Board Policy which references Wisconsin Statutes Sections 111, 118, 121, all employees who require Wisconsin state certification shall be recommended by the superintendent to the Board of Education for approval. All recommendations presented at this time are pursuant to approved Board policies and accompanying administrative procedures. Recommended Action: Approve minutes, bills, and employment as presented.

Description:

5.D. Consideration and/or Action to approve December 14, 2020, Educational Program Committee recommendations
Description:
The Educational Program Committee met on December 14, 2020, to review/discuss the district version for all high school students to include: College and Career Readiness, academics and graduation credit requirements, and social-emotional health support; and approve first readings of proposed revisions to graduation credit requirements from 30 to 28 referenced in board policy 345.6 Graduation Requirements and policy 345.6-Rule Graduation Requirement Guidelines.

5.E. Consideration and/or Action to approve the second reading of revisions to Policy 461 Wisconsin Academic Excellence Scholarship
Description:
Jennifer Peterson, Director of Academic Services presented recommended revisions to Policy 461 Wisconsin Academic Excellence Scholarship to the committee at the December 7, 2020, Educational Program Committee meeting. The first reading was approved at the December 14, 2020, Special Board meeting.
Recommended Action: Approve the second reading of revisions to Policy 461 Wisconsin Academic Excellence Scholarship. |
