Description:
(Two members of the Board constitute a quorum for purposes of canvassing an election.)

3. PUBLIC COMMENTS
Description:
At this time, the Board of Trustees will hear from members of the public who wish to speak. Speakers will have three minutes to address the Board. For clarification purposes, the open public forum is not a dispute resolution forum. Speakers may address the Board on any issue; however, due to posting requirements of the Open Meetings Act, the Board is prohibited from responding to a presentation that is not directly related to a posted agenda item.

4. ACTION: Canvass Election Returns and Approve Order Declaring Results of the November 3, 2020 Trustee Election
Description:
It is the recommendatin of the Administration that the Board of Trustees canvass the election returns and approve the Order declaring the results of the Trustee election.
