5. The Board will Meet in Closed/Executive Session as Authorized by the Texas Open Meeting Act:  

5.A. Hearing on Parent/Student Level III Grievance pursuant to Board Policy FNG (Texas Gov't Code 551.082)

5.B. The Board may deliberate matters of Personnel , i.e. appointment, employment evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee (Section 551.074) Teachers and Other Professional Employment Contracts. 

5.C. Consultation with Legal Counsel regarding pending or contemplated litigation and/or privileged legal advice. (Section 551.071)

5.D. The board may discuss the value, exchange and/or disposition of real property.(Section 551.072)

5.E. The Board may consider and deliberate matters of security, including deployment or occasions for implementation of security personnel or devices. (Section 515.076)

5.F. The board may discuss matters pertaining to students necessarily involving personally identifiable information, e.g. Student discipline, (Sections 551.082, 551.076)

6. The Board will Reconvene in Open Session. The Board will take Action on Items from Closed Session as needed:
