6. Oath of Office of New Board Members and Reaffirmation of Current Board Members (A) (Mr. Quagliano)
As part of the Organizational Board of Education meeting (Policy 2:210), the school board members take an official oath according to P.A. 49-0881 and Policy 2:80 and adopt the Code of Conduct.

10. Establish Regular Meetings 2023-2024 (A) (President)
All school boards are required to hold regular meetings, establish a schedule for them and provide a public notice as required by the OMA. The administration is requesting the Board to continue with the 3rd Thursday of each month, except for November. Establish the meeting location in the Administrative Building in the Board Room, beginning at 6:00 p.m. (Policy 2:210) Motion and a 2nd required. Voice Call: Ayes / Nays / Motion _

11. Mandatory Board Training (R) (President)
State law requires any school board member either appointed or elected after to complete the four-hour Professional Development Leadership Training with the first year of his or her first term. In addition, a board member is required to complete training on the Performance Evaluation Reform Act (PERA). (Policy 2:120)

12. Committee Structure 2023-2025 (D) (President)
