4.1. Resolution #2016-03-01 Series 2016 Debt Abatement (A) (Mr. Altmayer)
Mr. Altmayer will provide the recent refunding of the Series 2009 debt, this abatement resolution replaces the Series 2009 Debt Abatement resolution and abates the proper amount as it relates to the 2015 Levy. The recommendation is to adopt Resolution #2016-03-01 providing for the payment of debt service on the outstanding General Obligation Refunding School Bonds, Series 2016, of Huntley Community School District 158, McHenry and Kane Counties, Illinois, heretofore levied for the year 2015 for said bonds.
