Discussion: Mr. Altmayer will give testimony for the Waiver or Modification of School Code 105ILCS 5/10-17... Statement of Affairs that requires a waiver of the District. Seeking the waiver for the 2014/2015 school year, administration and staff testimony will be given.

Recommendation: Mr. Altmayer will seek approval for Waiver of School Code during the regular portion of the meeting, January 16, 2014.
