2. Testimony for the 2011 Levy (Mr. Altmayer)
Mr. Altmayer will present the Truth in Taxation for 2011 Property Tax Extensions as required by law (35ILCS200/18-55). The Notice of Publication was published on December 8, 2011 in the Northwest Herald by the Board of Education of Consolidated School District 158, in the Counties of McHenry and Kane, State of Illinois.
Description:
Recommendation: Mr. Altmayer will seek approval for the 2011 Levy during the regular portion of the December 15, 2011 meeting.
