9.A.6) Approval of the Student Discipline Committee's Recommendation - (Case # 179)
Description:
Approval of the Student Discipline Committee's recommendation that the student identified in Case #179 be permanently expelled from in-person instruction at the Howell Public Schools for violating Board Policy #5530 - Drug Prevention for possession and distribution of drugs in a drug-free zone. The Board will permit the student to enroll in Highlander Virtual at the start of the 2024/25 school year.

Description:
Approval of the Student Discipline Committee's recommendation that the student identified in Case #180 be permanently expelled from in-person instruction at the Howell Public Schools for violating Board Policy #5530 - Drug Prevention for possession of drugs in a drug-free zone and Board Policy #5772 - Weapons for possession of a weapon.
