Approval of the Student Discipline Committee's recommendation to permanently expel the student identified in Student Case #171 from the Howell Public Schools for violating Board Policy #5530 - Drug Prevention for the possession and distribution of drugs in a drug-free zone; with possible enrollment in the W-A-Y Program if the student is accepted into the program based upon their admissions process.
