Description:
The superintendent recommends approval of expenditures from the following funds:
1. payment from the general fund of $3,508,841.65 and from payroll of $2,066,184.68; 2. payment from the 2018 tech capital projects funds (PNC 18) of $71,078.52; 3. payment from the 2019 capital projects fund (PNC 20) of $199,432.65.

9.A.1) Approval of Student Discipline Committee's Recommendation (Student Case #160)
Description:
The superintendent recommends approval of the Student Discipline Committee's recommendation to expel the student identified in Student Case #160 from Howell Public Schools for the remainder of the 2019-2020 school year with the requirement of a petition for reinstatement to determine eligibility for return for violating Board Policy #5500 - Student Conduct for physical assault against another student.

9.A.2) Approval of the Student Discipline Committee's Recommendation (Student Case #157)
Description:
The superintendent recommends approval of the Student Discipline Committee's recommendation to expel the student identified in Student Case #157 from Howell Public Schools for violating Board Policy #5500 - Student Conduct regarding sexual harassment.

9.B.1) Approval of Bid Packages #2.1, #3 and #4 for 2020 Summer Bond Work - EXHIBIT A
Description:
The superintendent recommends approval of award of bids to the contractors outlined in Bid Package #2.1, #3, and #4 for 2020 summer bond work throughout the district at lowest responsive bid for a total cost of $6,226,145 as shown in Exhibit A.

Description:
The superintendent recommends approval of Adopting Resolutions to restate the Howell Public Schools Tax-Sheltered Annuity Plan and the Hardship Distribution Amendment to the Plan as shown in Exhibit B.
