Description:  The superintendent recommends approval of expenditures from the following funds:
1.  payment from the general fund of $4,050,394.13 and from payroll of $1,983,977.82;
2.  payment from the 2001 construction fund (FOA01C)of $22,620.00;
3.  payment from the 2018 tech capital projects funds (PNC 18) of $131,777.82;
4.  payment from the capital projects fund (PNC 20) of $101,190.09.

Description:  The superintendent recommends approval of the field trip to Grand Rapids, Michigan for second year early childhood education students at Howell High School to attend the Michigan Association for the Education of Young Children Conference, March 26-27, 2020, as shown in Exhibit A.

Description:  The superintendent recommends approval of a field trip to Costa Rica for high school students who have completed at least two years of Spanish, June 9-17, 2020, as shown in Exhibit B.

Description:  The superintendent recommends approval of an out-of-state field trip to Grafton, Ohio for AFJROTC cadets in grades 9-12 to attend a Drill Meet, November 1-2, 2019, as shown in Exhibit C.

Description:  The superintendent recommends approval of an overnight field trip to New York City for Howell High School band students in grades 9-12 to participate in a clinic by one of the cover conductors of the New York Philharmonic and to attend and participate in numerous musical and cultural events, April 23-26, 2020, as shown in Exhibit D.

Description:  Approval of the Reinstatement Committee's recommendation to grant the request for reinstatement of the student identified in Case #150 to Howell Public Schools.

Description:  Approval of the Reinstatement Committee's recommendation to grant the request for reinstatement of the student identified in Case #157 with the conditions that the student (a) continue to participate in outside individual and group counseling as well as Community Mental Health Wrap Around Services and provide documentation regarding this once a month to administration; (b) check in with administration and/or school counselor every two weeks; (c) participate in restorative meeting with the teacher identified in the incident immediately preceding his expulsion, if the teacher is amenable to such a meeting; (d) strongly encourage the student to enroll in AFJROTC once he is eligible to do so as a 9th grader; and (e) student will remain on strict probation for the remainder of the 2019-2020 school year.

Description:  The superintendent recommends approval of the recommendation to hire Jonathan Stolle to fill the Student Services Advisor position at Howell High School as shown in Exhibit E.
