10.A.1) Recommendation of the Reinstatement Committee (Case #155)
Description:
Approval of the reinstatement committee's recommendation to deny the request for reinstatement of the student identified in Case #155 to the Howell Public Schools general education program and encouraged the student to apply to the Innovation Academy for further education and to consider petitioning for reinstatement at a later date if the student has progressed academically.

10.A.2) Recommendation of the Reinstatement Committee (Case #156)
Description:
Approval of the reinstatement committee's recommendation to grant the request for reinstatement of the student identified in Case #156 to Howell Public Schools with the conditions that the student (a) participate in a Reinstatement Meeting within the first two weeks of the 2019-2020 school year with an administrator, the student's assigned school counselor, and assigned case manager to discuss a plan for success; (b) continue to participate in a bi-monthly drug testing by the student's parents with test results to be provided to administration upon request; (c) continue with monthly counseling with current psychologist; and (d) return to school on strict probation at the Howell High School (10-12) campus.

Description:
