Description:
An executive session has been requested pursuant to Section 8(e) of the Michigan Open Meetings Act, MCL 15.268(e), that the Board of Education of Howell Public Schools convene in closed session to consult with its attorney regarding trial or settlement strategy in connection with Case No. 14-28407-CL pending in the 44th Judicial Circuit Court because an open meeting would have a detrimental financial effect on the litigating or settlement position of the District.
