Description:
Executive sessions have been requested for the purpose of:
(A) to consider the reinstatement of an expelled student (Case #109) in compliance with HPS policy #0167.2; the closed session has been requested by the family of the student pursuant to Section 8(b) of the Open Meetings Act. Board action resulting from said hearing will be in public session under Action Items; and (B) to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining in compliance with HPS Policy #0167.2; the closed session has been requested by the District's bargaining committee for HEA negotiations pursuant to Section 8(c) of the Open Meetings Act. |
