12. EXECUTIVE SESSIONS
Description:
Executive session has been called for the following purposes:
(a) to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining in compliance with HPS Policy #0167.2; the closed session has been requested by the District's bargaining committee pursuant to Section 8(c) of the Open Meetings Act, and (b) to discuss the Superintendent's evaluation to be held in closed session at the Superintendent's request, pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Open Meetings Act. |
