Approve the Fiscal Year Authorizations: Authorize the signature of the Superintendent or his designee, foal all forms, reports, and applications for Section 31a, Title I, II, V, and related programs to include Public Employment Program, Vo-Tech, and others that are appropriate for the general operation of the district during the 2023-2024 fiscal year.
