10.C. Consider Approval Board Resolution Extending the Depository Contract with Victory Bank.
Background Information: The district's current depository contract extension expires June 30, 2025. Winters ISD Board of Trustee's approved a District of Innovation Plan approved on March 28, 2022 which included language to allow the district to extend the current depository contract as long as the depository was not making any changes to the current contract. This is the 7th contract extension which will extend the current contract with Victory Bank of Winters through June 30, 2027 |
