I. CALL TO ORDER

II. CLOSED SESSION

II.A. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.074 and 551.0821, to: deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee or to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee; and to deliberate a matter regarding a public school student if personally identifiable information about the student will necessarily be revealed by the deliberation, specifically to conduct a Level III appeal hearing regarding the appeal filed by Mrs. Rachel O’Brien-Eddy and Mr. Ryan Eddy and the Superintendent's Evaluation.

II.B. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.071 and 551.074, to: consult with the District's attorney regarding pending or contemplated litigation, a settlement offer, or on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the District under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code; and to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee or to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee, specifically regarding the appeal filed by Mrs. Rachel O’Brien-Eddy and Mr. Ryan Eddy.

II.C. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.072: For the purpose of deliberating the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the Board in negotiations with a third person.
