5.2. Approve Monthly Expenditures

Description:
At the board finance meeting, expenditures for the month of December were reviewed. Administration recommends approval of the December 2024 disbursements totaling $1,054,978.74. This includes Board Payables of $257,381.75, Hand Payments of $190,803.17, Electronic Payments of $603,291.40 and Student Activity Payments of $3,502.42.

7.1. Approve the 2024 Pay 2025 Levy:
Description:
The 2024-25 final levy was presented during the TNT presentation. The total 2024 Payable 2025 levy will be $5,355,219.36, a decrease of 1.80% or -$98,430.96 from the 2023-24 Levy of $5,453,650.22. Approval of the 2024 Payable 2025 tax levy is recommended.

7.2. FY26 Calendar:
Description:
Attached is the 2025-2026 school calendar. Two calendar options were reviewed by staff. The attached calendar option was selected by a majority vote of the staff. Approval is recommended.

7.3. Spring 2026 Choir Trip:
Description:
Choir is requesting to go on a spring trip in 2026 to Los Angeles. Tentative dates are March 27–April 1, 2026. The trip will be paid for by students and parents. Approval is recommended.
