5.2. Approve Monthly Expenditures

At the board finance meeting, expenditures for the month of November were reviewed. Administration recommends approval of the November 2023 disbursements totaling $1,812,845.04. This includes Board Payables of $285,111.81, Hand Payments of $386,757.04, Electronic Payments of $1,132,754.40 and Student Activity Payments of $8,221.79.

7.1. FY25 Calendar:
Description:
Attached is the 2024-2025 school calendar. Two calendar options were reviewed by staff. Calendar option #4 was chosen. Approval is recommended.

The 2022-23 financial audit was presented at the finance meeting. Approval of the 2022-23 financial audit is recommended.

7.3. Resolution Combining Polling Places:
Description:
Each year, school districts are required to designate polling locations by resolution for the upcoming year. The resolution combines all polling places within the District to the Belle Plaine Government Center. This will be an action item at the November business meeting.
