5.2. Approve Monthly Expenditures

At the board finance meeting, expenditures for the month of October were reviewed. Administration recommends approval of the October 2023 disbursements totaling $1,109,010.16. This includes Board Payables of $154,651.83, Hand Payments of $307,469.36, Electronic Payments of $634,173.25 and Student Activity Payments of $12,715.72.

7.1. Assurance of Compliance Reporting to MDE

The annual Assurance of Compliance Reporting to MDE is attached. This is the assurances that Belle Plaine Public Schools follows all the applicable State and Federal Laws. Approval is recommended.

7.2. MSHSL Foundation Grant:
Description:
The MSHSL Foundation Grant will provide additional AED's and training to coaches. We will be asking for $4,900. Administration recommends the approval of the MSHSL Foundation Grant Application for 2023-24.
