At the board finance meeting, expenditures for the month of September were reviewed. Administration recommends approval of the September 2023 disbursements totaling $1,547,625.88. This includes Board Payables of $208,608.33, Hand Payments of $351,840.88, Electronic Payments of $985,118.41 and Student Activity Payments of $2,058.26.

7.1. 2023-24 Preliminary Levy:

Description:
At the finance meeting we reviewed the 2023-24 Preliminary Levy. The levy is anticipated to increase compared to the 2022-2023 certified levy. It is recommended that the 2023-24 Preliminary Levy be approved at the Maximum amount. The final levy will be approved in December.
