5.2. Approve Monthly Expenditures

At the board finance meeting, expenditures for the month of May were reviewed. Administration recommends approval of the May 2023 disbursements totaling $1,800,282.14. This includes Board Payables of $322,563.78, Hand Payments of $427,846.15, Electronic Payments of $1,037,616.46 and Student Activity Payments of $12,255.75.

7.1. Activities Expenditures and Fee Increases:
Description:
At the May work session we discussed the raising of activity fees for SY24. Activity fees haven't been raised in 3 years. Attached are the new activity fees that will be in effect for SY24. The new fees are in alignment with Jordan Public Schools.

7.3. SW Metro LTFM and Safe Schools Resolutions
Description:
The attached resolutions are for SW Metro and their LTFM and Safe Schools requests for 2024-25. These resolutions would approve our portion to go on our 2023-24 Levy. Our allocation is $6,938.48 for LTFM and $12,253.53 for Safe Schools.
