5.2. Approve Monthly Expenditures

Description:
At the board finance meeting, expenditures for the month of March were reviewed. Administration recommends approval of the March 2023 disbursements totaling $1,038,703.93. This includes Board Payables of $142,897.06, Hand Payments of $302,768.97, Electronic Payments of $579,709.66 and Student Activity Payments of $13,328.24.

7.1. Baseball Trip to Omaha:
Description:
Baseball is planning a trip to Omaha over spring break. The itinerary is attached. They will leave on March 20, 2023 and return on March 22, 2023. All expenses are paid either through fundraising or individual player payments.

7.2. Band/Choir Trip in Spring 2024:
Description:
The band and choir groups will be planning an out of state trip for spring break 2024. Details have not been finalized, but they would like approval so they can begin planning and informing parents. Some preliminary details are attached.

7.3. Reduction of .4 FTE math position:
Description:
For school year 2023-24 there is a need to reduce a high school math position by .4 FTE's. This is a roll call vote.
