5.2. Approve Monthly Expenditures

At the board finance meeting, expenditures for the month of November were reviewed. Administration recommends approval of the November 2022 disbursements totaling $2,689,207.26. This includes Board Payables of $711,538.82, Hand Payments of $407,177.35, Electronic Payments of $1,568,961.09 and Student Activity Payments of $1,530.00.

7.1. FY 2022 Audit:

Our auditors from Eide Bailly presented the 2021-22 audit report in the finance meeting. Attached is the full report. Administration recommends the approval of the 2021-22 audited Financial Statements and Supplementary Reports.

7.2. Resolution Combining Polling Places:

Description:
Each year, school districts are required to designate polling locations by resolution for the upcoming year. The attached resolution combines all polling places within the District to the Belle Plaine Government Center.

7.3. Policy 722 Public Data Requests - Second Reading
Description:
This policy is required to be in place by the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act. This is the second reading to review the policy and determine the Responsible Authority, Data Practices Compliance Official and Data Practices Designee.
