At the board finance meeting, expenditures for the month of November were reviewed. Administration recommends approval of the November 2021 disbursements totaling $1,808,304.22. This includes Board Payables of $211,894.79, Hand Payments of $410,407.58, Electronic Payments of $1,179,294.49 and Student Activity Payments of $6,707.36.

7.1. Resolution Combining Polling Places:

Description:
Each year, school districts are required to designate polling locations by resolution for the upcoming year. The attached resolution combines all polling places within the District to the Belle Plaine Government Center.

7.2. FY 2021 Audit:

Description:
Our auditors from Eide Bailly presented the 2020-21 audit report in the finance meeting. Attached is the full report. Administration recommends the approval of the 2020-21 audited Financial Statements and Supplementary Reports.

7.3. Series 2021A LTFM Bonds:

Description:
At the July board meeting we discussed the District's 10-year LTFM plan. Part of that plan included doing projects totaling $4,694,000 and selling LTFM bonds to pay for those projects. Payments for these bonds will come out of our LTFM.
Attached is the Ratifying Bond Resolution relating to $4,440,000 General Obligation Facilities Maintenance bonds. The resolution ratifies the award of sale of these bonds on November 23rd, 2021. This is a roll call vote.
