8.A. Administrator Contract Amendment: Jessica Heisler
Description:
Recommendation The administration recommends that the Board approve and ratify the administrator contract amendment for Jessica Heisler. Pertinent Facts Following the resignation of the District’s Special Education Director effective July 13, 2026, the District needed to ensure continuity of special education leadership and compliance responsibilities. Jessica Heisler, who has prior experience serving as both a Special Education Teacher and Department Head, agreed to assume these additional duties beginning July 14, 2026. The proposed contract amendment adds Special Education Director responsibilities to her administrative assignment, advances her contract start date, increases her contract term from 210 to 240 days, and adjusts her contract salary accordingly. |
