Description:

The Board limits comment/s made to items not appearing on the agenda for the first fifteen minutes of the Call to the Public. Board members may not discuss the matter with the speaker or among themselves, however, at the conclusion of the Call to the Public, and individual member may respond to criticism made by those who have addressed the public body, may ask for staff to review a matter, or may ask that a matter is put on a future agenda. The Board may block a comment because of its content and viewpoint.
