Approval to authorize Superintendent Kathy Prather and Chief Financial Officer Thomas Bogart to move forward in executing a lease purchase agreement with Bourn, LLC and BFL Construction for a new building at The JTED Innovative Learning Center Campus at Park Avenue and I-10, with occupancy planned for June 30, 2024.
