4.A. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.071 and 551.074, attorney consultation and discussion on legal issues related to retirement of Superintendent and related transition issues.

4.B. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071, attorney consultation regarding legal and procedural issues related to District construction projects and real estate matters including but not limited to work related to the 2021 Bond.

4.C. Pursuant to Tex. Gov’t. Code Section 551.074 to discuss the Employment of Professional Personnel to include Teachers
