4.A. Pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Govt. Code, the Board will consult with the District's legal counsel regarding legal issues concerning state law, district policies, and district student code of conduct provision involving student expulsions.

4.A.1. Pursuant to Section 551.082 and 551.0821 of the Texas Govt. Code, the Board will conduct a student expulsion appeal hearing.
Any related action will be taken in open session. |
