In my opinion, the discussion of this matter in closed session necessary to protect the public interest. Is there a motion for the board to enter closed session to conduct a discuss bid responses and provide direction to board negotiators ? Board Member #1: I move that the board enter closed session to discuss bid responses and provide direction to board negotiators to protect the public interest. Board Member #1: Second. Discussion: Roll Call Vote: [Record time board enters closed session] After the board has voted to go into closed session and just before entering closed session: The board has adopted a motion to enter closed session to discuss bid responses and provide direction to board negotiators. Recommended Motion(s):  Motion to approve CashWa Kitchen Equipment replacement purchase from depreciation fund in the amount of $64,593.66 Passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.

Recommended Motion(s):  Motion to approve the contract from Horsley Specialties, Inc in the amount of $12,950 for asbestos abatement to begin May 16, 2016 Passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.
