4.A. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071: To consult with the District’s attorney, in person or by phone, on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the District, under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.

4.B. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.072: To deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the government body in negotiations with a third person.

4.C. Pursuant to Texas Govt. Code 551.074: To hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee; or to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a public officer or employee.

4.D. Pursuant to Texas Govt. Code 551.082:  To deliberate in a case; involving discipline of a public school child; or in which a complaint or charge is brought against an employee of the school district by another employee.
