III.A.  Specifically, the Board will consider a motion to convene in closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(f) “[c]onsidering financial, medical, social or personal histories or disciplinary data of specific persons, preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific persons except where par. (b) applies which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems or investigations,” to wit:  to meet with the interested parties to an appeal of the Superintendent’s decision relative to a complaint filed under Board Policy 3122.  Following the meeting, the board will excuse the parties and discuss potential outcomes relative to the appeal.

III.B. Reconvene in Open Session, to take further action if necessary and appropriate.
