VII. Professional Services and Project Delivery of Potential Referendum Projects (No Action Requested)
Description:
In our continued efforts to be responsible to students, staff, families, and all taxpaying community members, the Wausau School Board is reviewing the professional services component of the proposed referendum. Nexus Solutions will review their project delivery method and describe how it allows for the delivery of the highest quality product for the lowest possible cost. (15 minutes)

Description:
Administration requests the Board of Education consider the following resolution to ask voters to consider a referendum question on April 5, 2022. The referendum question would ask voters for authority to issue bonds for the purpose of capital improvements in an amount not to exceed $181,900,000.
