XI. REQUEST FOR CLOSED SESSION PURSUANT TO STATE STATUTES
|

XI.A. Consider the employment and to consider the recommendation of nonrenewal of the individual teaching contract of a specific teacher for the 2021-2022 school year s s 19.85(1)(b) and (c). The Board will not be conducting an evidentiary hearing during this meeting, but will conduct a private conference pursuant to Section 118.22, stats., regarding the recommended nonrenewal of an individual teaching contract. Following the private conference, the Board will remain in closed session pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(a) and (c) to deliberate concerning the matter which was the subject of the meeting before the Board. During the private conference, as needed, and during deliberations, the Board may confer with legal counsel who may be present during the closed session.
