I. Call to Order

II. The Wausau School Board will be conducting interviews with qualified elector(s) of the Wausau School District to fill a vacancy to the Wausau School Board. This vacancy is for an unexpired term and will be for a term commencing on October 12, 2020, and running through April 26, 2021.

III. The Board of Education may entertain a motion to convene in closed session, pursuant to s. 19.85(1)(f). Following the closed session, the Board may entertain a motion to reconvene into open session and may take further action if necessary/and or appropriate.

IV. Discussion and potential action to appoint a qualified elector of the Wausau School District to fill a vacancy to the Wausau School Board. The vacancy is for an unexpired term and will be for a term commencing on October 12, 2020, and running through April 26, 2021.

V. Swear in New Board Member
