II.A. Pursuant to Federal Public Law 103-382, Title 8 (Impact Aid), and the District's Indian Education Policy (IGAK), this call is for any member of our district. Those wishing to address the board are requested to complete an information card available from the executive secretary. The public is cautioned about making statements against employees of the District that may be considered slanderous. A further reminder, the minutes of this meeting are public record and may be used in other proceedings. This is the time that the public may speak to the Governing Board on any issue including agenda items. Action taken as a result of public comment will be limited to Regular Meeting of the Governing Board Agenda (January 14, 2020) Page 2 directing staff to study the matter, or to reschedule the matter for further consideration and a decision at a later date if it is not already on the agenda. Comments under Call to Public will be limited to four minutes.

III.A. Holbrook Unified School District Acquisition Of Real Property- Dr. Koerperich
Description:
A Resolution of the Holbrook Unified School District #3 authorizing the acquisition of real property located at 411 W. Hampshire Street, Holbrook, Arizona 86025 for District purposes and authorizing the District Superintendent to execute all documents necessary to complete this acquisition. |
III.B. School Facility Board Terms And Conditions BRG-004806- Dr. Koerperich
Description:
The Holbrook School District is requesting Governing Board approval of the School Facility Board Terms and Conditions for BRG-004806 Holbrook High School Fire Alarm Upgrade as presented.
Recommendation: Discussion and consideration to approve BRG-004806 Holbrook High School Fire Alarm Upgrades as presented. |
III.C. Teacher Contracts- Dr. Koerperich
Description:
The Holbrook School District is requesting Governing Board approval of teacher contracts for Phoebe Adrales, Gladys Butaslac, Karissa Calamity for the 2024-2025 school year as presented.
Recommendation: Discussion and consideration to approve teaching contracts as presented. |
