11.1. The Board will entertain a motion to convene in closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(f) to discuss a specific personnel matter and related disciplinary data (if any) that may adversely affect the reputation of the subject of the discussion. The Board is not expected to take action in closed session but reserves the right to do so if necessary and appropriate.
Following the closed session, the Board will entertain a motion to reconvene in open session. After returning to open session, the Board may take any further action that is necessary and appropriate, and thereafter will entertain a motion to adjourn the meeting. |
